Experienced in preparation of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), including the IPO and audit support, accounting and finance methodology. Experienced in financial and tax due diligence of companies, both in Russia and abroad.

4 Audit experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers (Energy department) and transaction support experience at Ernst&Young. Several years of experience in financial management at Vimetco Group and TNK-BP.

Has significant experience in developing the methodology for IFRS and management reporting, budgeting and planning, including for automation purposes based on SAP, Oracle, 1C, IBM Cognos.

Among the clients are both Russian and international groups of companies in the following industries: energy, metallurgy, industrial production, retail trade, leasing and transportation, transport leasing, IT and telecommunications, agriculture.
